This is a standard gauge preserved line in the south-west of Germany, centred on Lossheim am See. Tracks run west to Merzig close to the French Border near Saarbrücken, and east to Delborner Mühle. The two tank locos are ex-industrial machines and there is a small collection of historic rolling stock at Lossheim. Our visit included a private charter train over the whole length of the line with several photographic run pasts
